As we close this week out, I want to share this video that discusses mastery, purpose, drive and incentives. It’s great information that can be applied our newly established small businesses or growing companies as we look to increase profits, but more importantly, increase value. We’re already aware that entrepreneurs are a special bunch of individuals, but now get to explore a little bit about those inner feelings that gets us up and keeps us moving.
As you watch, take into consideration how you currently define your company’s mission statement, the incentives you offer your employees, the company’s overall and employee performance and what you, as an entrepreneur, can do everyday to make yourself, your business and the world around you remarkably fulfilled.
